1、Board selection

2、Board specification
The thickness of the board we can make is between 0.1mm-25mm. The length of the board refers to the size of the board, and the width refers to the size of the short side. The specifications of the board are generally 1000mm*2000mm, 1250*2500,1000mm*nm roll board. We can also make products with various specifications in accordance with your requirements.
3、Type of punching
Round holes, square holes, long round holes, triangular holes, fish scale holes, diamond pores, oval, hexagonal, long strip holes, irregular holes, and various patterns.
4、Pore
Generally speaking, the thickness of the aperture should be greater than or equal to the thickness of the plate, that is, the principle of the minimum pore diameter should be met. The closer the thickness of the aperture and the plate you require, the greater the processing of processing, and the higher the processing fee. In some materials, the aperture can be smaller than the thickness of the plate. The minimum pores we make can reach 0.08mm. 5、Pole arrangement
We can process a variety of difficult holes and patterns. Although the hole type and patterns with special requirements require a certain amount of additional processing costs, our price is quite reasonable for the general pore type.
6、Center distance
The center distance is the distance between the center of one hole to the center of the nearest hole that is approaching.
7、Opening rate
The opening rate refers to the ratio of the total area of the hole in the hole, which can be represented by percentage. You must pay attention to the pressure of the punching equipment that can cause the deformation of the board, and the larger the opening rate, the more obvious the deformation of the board, especially the four corners do not have the edge. Leave edge refers to the non -pungent area on the edge of the board. If you have special requirements, you need to provide us with four sizes. 9、tolerance
Pole products are allowed to have a certain tolerance in thickness, border distance, opening rate, flatness, etc. You need to determine the specific tolerance of your product so that you can get a satisfactory product. If there are no special requirements, we will perform according to the standard tolerance.
