1.Ordinary CNC Pole Workshop,There are more than 60 units CNC punching. The processing thickness of processing from 0.5mm --- 10mm thickness is perforated. Reaches the production capacity of 10,000 meters of Nissan.

 

 

 

 

2.Dragon Gate Pole Workshop,With 8 high -speed and low -speed punching equipment, the raw materials can be rolled and rolled to the film processing of raw materials within 1500mm. The daily output reaches 15,000 square meters.

 

 

 

3.Sheet metal workshop,There are 3 CNC shear machines with 4 meters of processing width and 5 bending machines. Another 32 -site transfer processing center. There are two other 200 -ton four -pillar hydraulic press, which can be carried out of various materials, bending, and rolling.

 

 

 

4.School -level,There are 4 domestic tie-levels with a domestically produced width of 1000mmm ---- 2300mm. There are two other levels purchased from Germany. It can meet the level of thickness from 0.5mm --15mm thickness.

 

 

 

5.Mold workshop,Machine shop:We have our own mold processing center, including lathe, milling machines, 8 wire cutting equipment, 2 electric spark perforars, various mills, and 10 sets of drilling machines. The company's molds are designed and developed here. The machine processing department can also make supporting machinery of various types of punching equipment.

 

 

 

6.Spray and surface treatment workshop,We have 4 automatic electrostatic powder spray production lines with a daily processing capacity of 15,000 square meters. It can be sprayed with various colors of pinks, sheet metal, and punching network products. At the same time, it is equipped with sandblasting, skimming, phosphorification and other facilities. In addition, it has a set of anode oxidation production workshops that can perform anode oxidation and oxidation color treatment of aluminum products.

8.Steel grid workshop,Have a fully automatic steel grid production line. Nissan 2000 square meters of various types of metal grille step boards. At the same time, carbon dioxide protection welding with supporting is also equipped with more than 30 sets of arc welding equipment.
